Our experience is a guided process of simple stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful relaxation. The combination of those three key components yields the complete benefit. Dialogue-based consultation or “coaching” is also available to discuss specific issues or goals.

Services are designed for convenience in the workspace during the workday, and are delivered in the format of webinars, virtual sessions, and onsite presentations.

Each experience can include:

• breathwork
• functional movement or posture
• meditative mindfulness

• coaching or topic-driven presentation

Customizable features include options for solo or team sessions, in increments of 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

The solo sessions provide private one-on-one guidance to reflect individualized goals, while team sessions are for groups of any size to participate together.

Additional options for sessions include topic-driven presentations or webinars, conference enhancements, speaking engagements, meeting kick-offs, and specialized retreats.
