Erinn Cayehal Chang
MS, BA, E-CYT, CST, CHHC, CMT, RM

Erinn Chang brings 20 years and over 3,000 hours of experience in leading transformative experiences in the wellbeing space. Her credentials span an MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU, a BA in Human Ecology from COA, to countless certifications and trainings in holistic modalities including MBSR, multiple forms of meditation, breathwork, yoga, Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, coaching, energy work, nutrition, and more.  An entrepreneur as well as practitioner, Erinn has created, owned, and operated multiple small businesses in the holistic health and wellness space over the past 20 years. Through those venues she has supported thousands of individuals through powerful personal and professional growth.

 

Tanhya Schimel

Tanhya's interest in holistic wellness began in her late teens and became a passion she pursues through extensive study and practice. Her qualifications include IPEC coaching certification, yoga teacher certification, MBSR training, Vedic meditation practitioner, Reiki certification, and psychology studies at The New School
